No overages — ever
Remplace does not charge overage fees on any plan. If you reach your reply limit, the agent pauses until the next billing cycle. There are no surprise charges. This is a deliberate product decision — Remplace competes directly with Rep AI ($99/month + $12 per 1,000 visitors in overages) and Zipchat (per-reply pricing that scales unpredictably), both of which charge extra once volume increases.
